This premium Spanish EVOO comes from Manzanilla olives, which are highly prized for their smoothness and delicacy in flavor.

The production process of this olive oil is carried out to preserve all its properties: from harvesting the olives to extracting the oil, a maximum of 6 hours elapses. Additionally, it is a cold-extracted EVOO.

How to use this olive oil?

We use it in salads, dressings, marinades, and for cooking over medium or low heat, as its delicate flavor profile can be lost in very intense preparations or with high temperatures.
