Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain made with Cornicabra olives and cold extracted, the native olive variety of the Castilla-La Mancha region, protected under the D.O.P. Montes de Toledo.

This olive yields a green-golden oil, rich in polyphenols, known for its robust character. The oil is distinctly spicy and bitter, with green aromatic hints of salad leaves, almond, and green apple.
